New at Neighborhoodvoices: Acclaimed performer and songwriter Malcolm Holcombe joins us, bringing his “unsettlingly beautiful” music and muscianship to our studios.

New at Neighborhoodvoices: Scott Peterson and Sarah Siplak are the husband and wife duo ‘The Wreckids,’ creating satirical and poignant folk pop with beautifully blended harmonies. We’re pleased to welcome the group as they sing about consumer awareness, personal accomplishments, and zombies, live on SLB.

New at Neighborhoodvoices: Meet a “big/little” pair matched by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh and learn how you can make a difference in a child’s life. This week, we’re joined by Big Sister Michele Cahill and Little Sister Syreena, along with BBBS staff member Kristine Pace.

New at Neighborhoodvoices: The 3rd Annual Gilda’s Club Teen Writing and Art Contest serves as a venue for teens who have personal experiences with cancer to express themselves. We’re pleased to have Zachary Lear, Rama Godse, Anandhini Narayanan, and Anna Dukovich in our studios sharing the pieces they composed, live on SLB.

New at Neighborhoodvoices: Anne Feeney, labor heritage singer-songwriter, performs live in our studios along with Ginny Hildebrand and Tracy Drach.

New at Neighborhoodvoices: Harpist Sophie Sunha Lee is in 8th grade in the North Allegheny School District and a member of the Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Orchestra. We’re please to have her in our studios performing selections on her harp , live on SLB.

New at Neighborhoodvoices: Guitarists from The Center for Young Musicians. The Center for Young Musicians develops a community of students with a life-long love of music through a comprehensive, long-term curriculum.

New at Neighborhoodvoices:Cast members of Pittsburgh Musical Theater’s upcoming production of Selections from ‘Little Mermaid,’ join us to preview the performance.

New at Neighborhoodvoices: Taylor Moran, 15, Nashore Kelsey, 14, Dionna Allen, 16, Quiniece Pringle, 16, are the Speak Up! Spoken Word Poets at PPS Langley High School. Under the guidance of Jennifer Wright and Alaina Dopico, these young artists create powerful performance pieces. We’re pleased to have them here in our studios, live on SLB.

New at Neighborhoodvoices: Singer-songwriter Todd Burge shares with us songs from two new albums, ‘Character Building’ and ‘Building Characters’, to be released simultaneously on April 23rd. Todd gets some help from his son, Will, and his daughter, Sophia, when performing tracks from ‘Character Building’, his first record aimed specifically towards children and families.
