We’re pleased to welcome Brian Ashley Jones, a soulful singer, accomplished lead guitarist, and versatile touring Americana songwriter. Originally from South Carolina, Brian is now based out of Music City, USA, otherwise known as Nashville. Tisha Simeral will be joining him live on upright bass.

We’re proud to host singer-songwriter Tommy Davis, live in our studios. A recent graduate of Drew University, Tommy is now embarking on a career as a professional musician in Washington, DC.

Acoustic folk picker and storyteller Rick Bruening live in our studios.

In anticipation of their Balmoral Classic appearance, the award winning St. Thomas’ Episcopal School Pipe Band joins us for a live radio performance.

This five-time Junior World Champion band electrifies the audience with traditional and contemporary music performed by pipers and drummers, supplemented with keyboard, percussion, fiddle, and guitar.

Northampton, MA resident and graphic designer Rob Stewart joins us to discuss his very unique project, Transit Authority Figures, in which he develops beautiful, yet hypothetical subway maps for unlikely locales.

Gemini Theater produces original, interactive, children’s musicals which focus on artistic, cultural and educational themes. This week we welcome members of the cast of Legend of Sleepy Hollow as they preview their production of this classic, spooky tale.

Pittsburgh Musical Theater previews Les Miserable, the timeless story of revolution and love that has touched lives around the world. This production combines the students of PMT’s Richard E. Rauh Conservatory with CAPA’s 80-piece student orchestra.

Singer-songwriter Lori Pearce has a beautiful voice to compliment her acoustic, dexterous, finger-picking. Her country/folk songs are at once both familiar and unique. And she’s got a knack for engaging young children in singalongs. Lori’s set includes the debut of her original Halloween composition, Creepy Town.

Fourteen-year-old mandolin player, Gordon Neidinger, performs live for us!

Gordon is a Ben Avon resident and member of the Pittsburgh Mandolin Orchestra. He has made guest appearances with The Great American Gypsies. Gordon also studies acoustic guitar. He is enrolled in the PA Cyber Charter School.
