Wilkinsburg After School: A Day in a Life of a Monster
Students wrote and recorded stories about their favorite monsters that use to scare them when they were younger. Some students also added sound fx to their story.
PAEYC – Inviting Ideas, Inspiring Innovation Conference
In October of 2014, PAEYC and Allegheny County Family Support came together to present “Inviting Ideas, Inspiring Innovation”, a conference featuring sessions that explore educational innovation occurring where learning takes place, outside of the classroom. The conference highlighted presentations from providers, parents, teachers, artists, scientists, designers and anyone aiming to improve learning experiences for children.
