Since 1978, The Saturday Light Brigade has broadcast LIVE spontaneous on-air phone calls from kids and adults as part of its Saturday morning radio program. Now you can hear some of the most memorable calls from people participating in on-air games and other participatory features or simply calling to tell us about something exciting.

Environmental Charter School at Frick Park Second Grade Persuasive Writing Project

Between March 7th and March 20th, SLB worked with 72 second graders at The Environmental Charter School at Frick Park as we used the tools of radio broadcasting to sharpen self-expression and persuasive writing. The pages below contain links to work written and recorded by each of the three second-grade classes. Clairton CASTLE: One Safe Space
