Christina Hlutkowksy, 18, is a student at Upper St. Clair High School and plays the “bandura,” a traditional Ukranian stringed instrument. She joins us representing the 54th annual Pittsburgh Folk Festival. The festival now highlights the cultural diversity of more than 30 nationalities in the Pittsburgh area.
