Martin Luther King, Jr. Storybox
Students in 6th through 8th grade at Pittsburgh Manchester Pre-K-8 took time to reflect on the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. This StoryBox unit presents the resulting spoken essays about his life as well as through verbal interpretations of specific passages from Dr. King’s speeches.
Jacob Klein & Evan Fuhrer of Crossing Boundaries
Teens Jacob and Evan met in high school where they both entered a talent show and discovered a mutual love for The Beatles. From there they started writing songs together, eventually forming the up and coming pop/rock band, Crossing Boundaries. This week, they’ll join us live for an acoustic set featuring Jacob on guitar and Evan on piano.
Bartus Family
This week we’re joined by three very talented siblings, Hannah, Mark and Abby Bartus. These three teens from the Moon area will be singing and playing piano/violin, live in our studios.
