On May 2nd, students, staff, and administrators from across Pennsylvania made their way to Harrisburg to advocate for a 70 million dollar budget item to support state-wide after school programming. Our SLB microphones were rolling as we heard from students from Propel Schools, state legislators, and champions of after school and out of school time on the steps of the capitol building.
Advocacy Day 2023 was organized by PSAYDN, the Pennsylvania Statewide Afterschool/Youth Development Network.
