Since 1978, The Saturday Light Brigade has broadcast LIVE spontaneous on-air phone calls from kids and adults as part of its Saturday morning radio program. Now you can hear some of the most memorable calls from people participating in on-air games and other participatory features or simply calling to tell us about something exciting.

This past week, we were delighted to present winning artist Catherine Zhang from North Allegheny High School, a student of Luz Manriquez, who performed selections on piano.

New at Neighborhoodvoices: Shakespeare in the Park presents The Tempest throughout September in Frick Park (Sept 1, 2, 22, 23), Arsenal Park (Sept 8, 9) and West Park (15, 16). This past week, we were joined by Alan Irvin, coordinator, as well as “The Tempest” cast members Michael, Connor, Tonya and Garret as they introduced both themselves and their characters. Meet some of the cast and hear a reading from the play, live on SLB.
