Propel Hazelwood After School: Week 1
It was a great first week with after school students at Propel Hazelwood. Aside from learning about microphone technique, how to use the equipment, and the important jobs during the recording process, students shared their interests as well as how they (and others) would describe them.

We’ve just started the year at Propel Pitcairn with an after school group of sixth, seventh, and eights graders! To get to know each other better, students wrote and recorded about how others would describe them, as well as their hobbies and interests outside of school.
Generation Freedom Tree – Oral History
In Summer of 2016, SLB Radio Productions, Inc., in partnership with Generation Freedom Tree, convened a group of students to conduct interviews with community leaders and mentors. Generation Freedom Tree’s mission is to educate, entertain, and create a place of freedom to one’s self and power. By allowing children and teens to have the freedom to be themselves, we allow them to truly THINK for themselves and teach one another.
Woodland Hills Prime Time, 2016-2017: First Day & Introductions
7th & 8th graders at Woodland Hills Middle School had their first day of Radio Club, where they were introduced to the Saturday Light Brigade as well as the basics of audio production.
