Since 1978, The Saturday Light Brigade has broadcast LIVE spontaneous on-air phone calls from kids and adults as part of its Saturday morning radio program. Now you can hear some of the most memorable calls from people participating in on-air games and other participatory features or simply calling to tell us about something exciting.

The ZONE: Editing and Making a Montage

They then learned how to edit their own pieces and place them in a montage while also learning about multi-tracking. Finally, they placed their pieces over a beat and made decisions about how their voices should be mixed over a music bed. This montage is a result of the third of nine weekly sessions in which students will learn about the microphones, mixers and digital recorders used in producing features for radio.
