From 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., participants hosted the live webcast, selected the songs played during their segments and learned about the equipment used in a live broadcast. Discussions covered topics such as civil rights, youth engagement, public education and other matters of justice and equity.

Students that participated in Streaming Justice are from area schools including Obama Academy, Oakland Catholic, Laurel Springs, Penn Hills High School, Pittsburgh Brashear, Nazareth Prep, CAPA, Winchester Thurston, and Urban Pathways Charter School.
